Accounting House „M.V.M”is a specialized accounting entity engaged in providing accounting services for over 19 years.
The subject matter of the contract we will offer will be as follows: full subscription-based accounting services for 2024 based on the following criteria:

• Development of individual chart of accounts in conformity with the specific features of the company business;
• Acceptance, handling and accounting of primary accounting documents;
• Preparation and accounting of secondary accounting documents and registers;
• Development and compliance with the accounting policies as per the International Accounting Standards and Accounting norms);
• Tracking of liabilities payable to suppliers and receivables from customers;
• Classification and summarizing accounting information;
• Storage of information on hard copy and e-media;
• Preparation and delivery of declarations to the National revenue Agency, the National Insurance Institute, the Privacy Info Agency.
• Issue of payment documents for tax payable subject to the VAT Act, Natural Persons Income Taxation Act, the Corporate Income Tax Payer Act, the Local Taxes and Charges Act;
• Issue of intermediate checks and reports for company management purposes;
• Preparation of Annual financial statements (Balance sheet, Profit and Loss Account, Cash flow report, Equity report and attachments);
• Consulting on the go in relation to the Taxation and Insurance Procedure Code, VAT Act Natural Persons Income Taxation Act, the Corporate Income Tax Payer Act, the Local Taxes and Charges Act;
• Support in relation the company payroll personnel;
• Issue of payroll – salaries;
• Issue of employment and civil contracts, additional agreements, orders for termination of employment contracts for the personnel;
• Preparation of accounts for amounts paid as remunerations subject to civil contracts;
• Issue of certificates to the company employees and officers in relation to annual income etc. certificates related to labor compensation; documents required for retirement;
• Handling and validation of insurance and service records;
• Registration of self-employed individuals, insurance and employment contracts;
• Issue of payment documents related to social insurance payments and tax payable;
• Consultation on labor law and social insurance;

The team guarantees professional performance of its duties and complete confidentiality. When signing a contract for full accounting services, the monthly fee does not change for one calendar year, that is, the current price is valid until 31.12.2024. Prices for monthly subscription full accounting service are negotiated every year or when the above criteria increase by more than 20%.

The offer is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt.
